What is gluten?
It’s a protein found in wheat, rye, barley and some other grains.
The immune system of the People suffering from this disease responds to gluten by damaging the lining of the small intestine which most of the food we eat are absorbed through it, this damage means nutrients can’t be fully used by the body.

Make sure when eliminating gluten from your diet that u get all the vitamins and nutrients u need like iron, folate, calcium, fiber and B vitamins and watch your weight. As weight gain can be a side effect once u eliminated gluten from your diet.
