Carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.


Ingredients:

  • 2 red bell pepper فلفل احمر ألوان٢
  • 2 yellow bell pepperفلفل اصفر ألوان٢ 
  • 1 cup mushroomكوب مشروم فريش١ 
  • 4 zucchini كوسة متوسطة٤ 
  • 3 half cooked carrotsجزر نصف مسلوقة مقطع رفيع٣ 
  • 1 onion بصلة ١ 
  • 1 large green bell pepper فلفل اخضر ألوان ١

Marination:للتتبيل

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar كوب خل بلسمك١/٤
  • 2 table spoons olive oil م كبيرة زيت زيتون٢
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder  م صغيرة ثوم بودرة ١/٢
  • 1 teaspoon thyme م صغيرة زعتر بري ١
  • Salt and pepper to taste. ملح و فلفل

Method:

Leave for 30 mins before grilling.
