Arugula Salad with Walnuts and Feta Cheese  سلطة الجرجير بعين الجمل و الجبنة الفيتا

Ingredients: المقادير

  • 3 cups arugula ثلاث أكواب جرجير
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts معلقتين عين جمل
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut into half  ستة ثمرات طماطم شيري مقطعة انصاص 
  • 2 tablespoons light feta cheese cut into squares معلقتين ك جبنة فيتا لايت
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry م ك زبيب مجفف او عادي

Dressing:الدريسنج

2 tablespoons olive oil م ك زيت زيتون

  • One tablespoon balsamic vinegar م ك خل بلسمك
  • 1 teaspoon honey م صغيرة عسل نحل
  • Salt and pepper to taste ملح و فلفل علي حسب الذوق

Method: الطريقة
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the dressing ingredients then drizzle over the salad . Enjoy 🙂

توضع كل مكونات السلطة في بولة و تقطع معلقتين الجبنة الي مكعبات. في بولة اخرى تخلط مكونات الدريسنج و تصب فوق السلطة
