Ingredients:

  • One medium cooked beetroot

  • 3 cups fresh spinach   ثلاثة اكواب  سبانخ فريش    
  • 3 tablespoons light feta cheese divided into cubes   ثلاثة م ك جبنة فيتا لايت مقسمة مكعبات

Dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard م ك مسطرده
  • 1 teaspoon honey م ك عسل نحل
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar م ك خل بلسمك
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil م ك زيت زيتون

Method:

Place all veggies in a bowl , mix dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
