Lemon Mint Juice  عصير ليمون بالنعناع

Lemons are a great source of vitamin C, potassium, vitamin B6 and fiber, and contain many plant compounds, minerals and essential oils.

Eating lemons may help lower the risk of heart disease, cancer and kidney stones.

Mint promotes digestion. It also soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation. When you feel sick to your stomach, drinking a cup of mint can give you relief.

Ingredients: المقادير

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice  ١/٢ كوب عصير ليمون
    • 3 cups iced water

٣ كوب مياه مثلجة

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint ١/٢ كوب نعناع فريش
  • 3 tablespoons honey
    ٣ معلق عسل كبيرة
  • You can add Splenda if needed يمكن استخدام اسبليندا


Blend the water with honey then add the lemon and mint and blend blend and enjoy.


نخلط المياة مع العسل في الخلاط ثم نضيف الليمون و النعناع و نخلطة مرة اخرى في الخلاط و الف هنا
