Bell peppers are low in calories and exceptionally rich in vitamin C as they contain more than 200 percent of your daily vitamin C intake. Also they are high in vitamin A, which helps to support healthy eyesight, especially night vision.


Ingredients: المقادير

2 Bell peppers cut into half like the photo
‎ ٢ فلفل ألوان

2 mozzarella tablespoons
‎ ٢ م ك موزريلا

1 tablespoon light feta cheese
‎م ك جبنة فيتا لايت

2 tablespoons light cream cheese
‎٢ م ك جبنة كريمة لايت

Parchment paper
‎ ورقة زبدة

2 tablespoons dill
‎ ٢ م ك شبت

Method
Mix the cheese in a bowl and add one tablespoon of the dill
Start by stuffing the cheese mixture to the bell pepper then top them with the remaining dill spoon

Put a parchment paper in an oven tray and place the bell pepper for 10 minutes max in a 190 degree oven.

‎يتم خلط الجبن مع معلقة شبت فى بولة
‎ثم نبداء بحشوها في الفلفل المقطع الي نصفين و نضع معلقة الشبت فوق الوش
يتم وضعة علي ورق زبدة و يترك في الفرن لمدة ١٠ دقايق في درجة حرارة ١٩٠، الف هنا
