Cauliflower Pizza


This is an amazing veggie, it has vitamin C, k ,and B6, potassium, manganese and folate , also loaded with antioxidants that help prevent cancer, it prevents constipation due to its high fiber content.

  • 2 ½ cups cauliflower, grated
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon of: salt, pepper and dried oregano, thyme, garlic powder
  • ¼  cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup spinach

Method :

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and preheat oven to 200.

Grate the cauliflower until you have two cups of cauliflower crumbles, Place in a large bowl and steam for seven to eight minutes, or until soft. Remove and let cool. Then towel dry to remove all water from it.

Mix in the egg, ½ cup mozzarella, parmesan cheese, thyme, and salt and pepper. Once combined, put on the prepared pizza pan. Spray lightly with nonstick spray and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.

Top the pizza with the sauce, ½ cup mozzarella, spinach, garlic.

Bake in the oven until melted and bubbly, another 10 minutes.
