Meat contains a large amount of protein, this could be beneficial to the body as the need for protein is an important one for the body. Since protein is said to improve the overall health and well-being of one’s body, there are other benefits such as the repair and building of body tissues as well as the production of antibodies that will protect the body from infections, thus strengthening the immune system as well.


  • 2 kilos center-cut beef ٢ك عرق لحمة
  • Cooking spray زيت اسبراي

Beef Marination:مكونات تتبيل اللحم

  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme ٢م ك زعتر بري ناشف
  • 1 tablespoon mustard ١م ك مسطرده
  • 1 teaspoon paprika ١م ص بابريكا
  • 2 teaspoons dried coriander٢م ص كسبرة ناشفة
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice٢م ك عصير ليمون
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced ٥ثوم مفروم
  • 1 teaspoons salt, divided ١م ص ملح مقسم
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ١/٢م ص فلفل

Preheat oven to 200°. 2. Combine thyme, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, mustard, lemon juice, paprika, coriander and pepper; coat beef with mixture and leave for an hour to marinate.

Heat a large skillet with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add beef; cook 2 minutes on 1 side until browned. Turn beef over.

Transfer to an oven dish to bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until u place a knife easily through it. If u like it medium cooked then just leave it in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes

Make sure u cover the beef with foil in the oven. Once cooked, Transfer beef to a board; tent with foil and let stand for 2 hours to cool before slicing.

يتم تتبيل اللحمة بالمكونات المذكورة اعلى و تترك لمدة ساعة
تسخن طاسة و ترش بالزيت و تشوح اللحمة من كل الجوانب
توضع في صنية فرن و توضع فى فرن حرارية ٢٠٠ و تغطى بالفويل لمدة ٤٥ دقيقة الى ساعة. توضع السكينة فيها للتأكد انها استوت. تترك لتبرد و تقطع بعد ساعة او اكثر
