As a mom, you want your children to eat a variety of foods for good reason: it will hopefully lead to nutritious eating habits for them and stress-free cooking for you. So what if you have a picky eater at home? Sure you can’t cook 2 or 3 different meals to satisfy all your family taste
How to deal with picky eaters
1. Give food choices but from the same food group
2. Make sure she is hungry when offering food
3. Offer new food beside something she really likes for example pizza with a new topping or pasta with different sauce
4. Avoid offering sweet rewards so she can try the new food, it’s better she tries and eat because she likes the taste rather than because she wants the reward
5. Let her cook with you , she might like to try what she cooked after all
6. If she refused to eat all, just hide it in her favorite food
