Caesar Salad with Low Calorie Dressing سلطة السيزر دايت

Ingredients : المقادير

  • 2 pieces fillet grilled chicken ٢ صدور فراخ مشوية

Marination: للتبيل

  • 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper, oregano)
    للتتبيل: معلقة ك مسطرده ، ملح، فلفل، زعتر
  • Croutons
    عيش مكعبات محمص
  • 1 big slice light cheddar cheese
    ١شريحة جبنة شيدر لايت
  • One capuchi

Dressing:  الصوص

  • 2 light yogurt
    ٢لايت زبادي
  • One teaspoon mustard
    ١معلقة ص مسطرده
  • Juice of 3 lemon
    عصير ٣ ليمون
  • One tablespoon Parmesan cheese
    ١معلقة ك جبنة برمزان
  • 2 anchovies
    شريحتين انشوجة
  • Half teaspoon oregano
    ١/٢ م ص زعتر
  • Half teaspoon garlic powder١/٢ م ص ثوم بودرة
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    ملح و فلفل
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    ١ م ك زيت زيتون
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise lite
    ٢م ك مايونيز لايت


  • Cut capuchi , grill chicken after marinating them for an hour in one spoon Dijon mustard , oregano and salt and pepper.
  • Top chicken over capuchi.
  • Slice the cheese and layer it over the salad with the croutons.
  • For the dressing: blend all dressing ingredients in a food processor and top over the salad.

تقطع الكابوتشي و توضع قطع الفراخ و الجبنة و العيش المحمص عليها
تخلط جميع مكونات الدريسنج في الفود بروسيسور و توضع على السلطة
