The Tortilla bread is a thin flatbread made from finely ground wheat flour, Flour tortillas are commonly prepared with meat, mashed potatoes, chicken, cheese or veggies  to make dishes such as tacos, quesadillas and burritos 

In this recipe , I used only whole wheat flour and it turned very soft and yummy.
